If you purchased a Fire Bull Power Supply Unit in a retail box from one of dealers, you need to register your product in order to benefit from our one year warranty.

This can be done by post, fax or online.

First download the Fire Bull Warranty Card bellow if you don't have it, keep the bottom section safely for your record and send us the top section.

Conditions:

  Power Supply Units found faulty within 7 days of purchase must be returned to the dealer where they was purchased from.

  Power Supply Units found faulty between 7 days and 12 months of purchase may be sent directly to your nearest Fire Bull office for repair or replacement.

  Product not registered within 30 days will not be subject to our 1 year warranty and will be refused by Fire Bull. It is up to the dealer where they were purchased from to accept returns or not.

  Information needed to register your Power Supply Units are:

   -Full Name.

   -Address.

   -Email address.

   -Telephone No.

   -date of Purchase.

   -Part Number.

   -Serial Number.

   -Name of dealer they were purchased from.
